Leading the agency, an open and honest approach has served Sam well in building strong client relationships. Sam’s focus today is ensuring the agency attracts the right talent and building a culture that enables the team to flourish in their career aspirations and exceeding client expectations. Any free time is spent fuelling her love for travelling and home renovations.

David has too many years’ experience than he likes to admit to. He has built his reputation at multiple leading agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, HHCL, and Leagas Delaney, delivering award winning campaigns across a range of sectors. After 10 years focusing on the Automotive industry and the emerging Mobility sector, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight and a disruptive mindset to deliver effective, data driven strategies. If that’s not enough he’ll tell you many stories about Rugby, Golf and Sailing from the days when he was fitter.

Created over thirty Global, European and regional creative campaigns for brands including BMW, Lexus, Toyota, Jaguar, Land Rover and Vauxhall. His impactful and innovative campaigns helped triple Jaguar sales in 5 years and build Spark44 from 40 people to over 1000. Along the way he has won multiple EFFIE’s, British Arrows and Campaign awards for Super Bowl spots, You Tube documentaries and more. And he’s just as passionate about bikes and windsurfing.

Over 20 years in the Agency and Client world devising and implementing multichannel strategies ranging from integrated communications and branding to instore and digital marketing. Pamela’s specific strengths lie in CRM and Loyalty. Her claim to fame is that she launched Tesco Clubcard. Her passion is building strong teams that deliver ground-breaking and successful work. She also has a passion for Espresso Martinis and claims she makes the best in town!
