Meanwhile, the head office requires final approval for any imagery featuring the BMW Mini brand. This fragmented process is complex and inefficient to manage.

We invented and manage the Cortex software that transforms a chaotic system into a seamless workflow. It centralizes all marketing assets in one secure platform, making them easy to store, categorize, and retrieve. The planner means the business knows what briefs are scheduled to occur and who will provide them. Agencies upload assets, which move through an approval process, ensuring head office sign-off before becoming available to dealers. As a result, dealers gain instant access to a curated library of fresh, corporate-approved marketing resources—ensuring consistency, efficiency, and brand integrity.
